Just like food, both alcoholic and soft drinks can contain lots of calories but it’s so easy to forget that. Just like calories from food, if we don’t burn them off, they will be converted to fat.

If you are a soft drink fanatic, a great alternative is to try a splash of real fruit juice in sparkling water. Fruit juice contains very few calories compared with a normal soft drink. Try squeezing a lemon into a glass of cold sparkling water for a refreshing drink. You can also experiment with other fruits juice too.
