Fruit and veggies are packed with essential vitamins, minerals and fibre which may help reduce the risk of nasty diseases such as cancer and heart disease. So it’s important for us all to eat a variety of at least five portions of fruit and veggies every day.

Fresh, canned, frozen, 100% juice and dried fruit and veggies all count towards 5 portions of fruit and veggies every day as well as fresh produce. You can keep the cost down by buying them in season.
