Change a lunch-break at your desk with a walk to the coffeeshop

Building activity into your day gives you more energy and strengthens joints so that you don’t feel so rigid. It doesn’t have to be a vigorous workout – all movement counts as exercise.

Go for a walk during your lunch break. Try to find different walks, and alternate them during the week. Do it often! Start with something small and keep doing it on a daily basis. It will soon become second nature to build exercise into your routine.
