Physical activities that raise your heartbeat helps pump blood around your bodies. It’s like a mini-workout for your lungs and muscles! It also decreases your chances of getting life-threatening diseases and it burns off excess calories too.

See how many times a day you use your feet – eg. taking the stairs and not the lift. Every step adds up to a more active and a fitter body in the long run.
