Change One afternoon At Home With One Afternoon Out Trying A New Sport / Activity

Why?
Taking part in a sport strengthens joints and can be a great social activity. It doesn’t have to be vigorous workout – all movement counts as exercise. Regular exercise also helps to burn excess calories which otherwise can be stored as fat in the body.

How?
Think about the sports you enjoy watching on TV and get out and give them a try. How about lobbing some shuttlecocks on the badminton court? Or a kick-about in the park with kids or grandkids? If you used to like sport, why not take something up again.
