35 Change tips

Building activity into your day gives you more energy and strengthens joints so that you don’t feel so inflexible. It doesn’t have to be a vigorous workout – all movement counts as exercise. Regular exercise also helps to burn excess calories which otherwise can be stored as fat in the body.

Sitting  in the car or on the bus doesn't use much energy. If it’s a short trip, try walking. It’s good for your body and you’ll save money too.
