Change Eating Meals At Different Times With Eating Together

Rushing and eating on the go leads to unhealthy eating habits such as snacking, eating fast food, TV meals, fussy eating and so on. Skipping meals is also not good as they may miss out on essential nutrients.

Whether it’s lunch on Friday, a relaxed Saturday morning breakfast or teatime on Sunday, make it a habit for everyone to be involved and start having a special meal every week with family and friends. If you don’t have time to eat as a family all the time, try setting aside a particular day each week that suits everybody and make it a family affair.
