You've probably been taught to finish the food on your plate. But it's very likely that the food on your plate is more than what your body needs.  These days, the portions are larger so we often end up eating too much and not burning it off.

It’s so easy to fill a plate no matter what size it is. Here’s a tip, use a bigger plate for lunch, and a smaller one for dinner! It’ll help you cut down your food intake, and gives you better digestion too!
